Lee PembertonIV is the Vice-President and co-founder of Inspired Performance Solutions, Inc. and manages all customer relationships. Lee has more than 40 years experience in sales, sales training, executive coaching, and leadership development. Mr. Pemberton graduated from the College of the Ozarks inBranson,Missouriwith a Bachelor of Arts in Business. As a professional sales person with 3M’s Pharmaceutical Sales division from 1983 to 2006, Lee earned distinction receiving the prestigious Gold Award recognizing him as a member of the Top 10% of sales professionals. Mr. Pemberton joined Graceway Pharmaceuticals when the company purchased the Aldara ™ product and sales force from 3M in 2006. Lee founded Inspired Performance Solutions, Inc. in 2010 as part of his life long dream to help people pursue excellence. A believer in the strengths movement, Lee has been coaching people to use their strengths to achieve their dreams for many years. Lee believes community service is a critical component to work life balance and he has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America for many years. Currently, Lee serves as an Eagle Scout Review Board member. Additionally, Lee donates his limited free time as a lay minister with his church.
The Chief Learning Officer of Learning Solutions of America, Inc. is J. David Gregory. Mr. Gregory graduated from Creighton University’s School of Law in 1993 where he focused on business law. He completed his undergraduate education receiving a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 1990. Mr. Gregory has more than 20 years experience in business development and consulting. During the past 15 years, Dave managed the Learning Solutions activities for all of the business units of Qwest Communications’ Mass Markets Group, including call center operations (both internal and vendor locations), retail stores, indirect retail, e-business, collections, emerging markets, alternative markets including multi-dwelling units and the small business call centers. Dave’s responsibilities included managing all the learning functions for these business units from initial consulting to design, development, and delivery of learning solutions to drive business results.
